LONDON - World Trademark Review (WTR) is conducting the annual Global Trademark Benchmarking Survey 2013, to ensure views on the issues facing the industry are represented in this important study.
WTR carries out the survey on an annual basis to measure the pulse of the industry, track industry trends and identify how the trademark practice is evolving to counter new threats and exploit new opportunities.
To gain a clear, quantifiable insight into the sector, WTR prepared a short survey form so that its analysis can benefit from the respondents’ experience and insights. To achieve this, the WTR has created specific survey questions for corporate and law firm respondents, and there is no cost associated with participation.
The deadline for submissions is March 1, 2013. Any information to be supplied will be used only to build up a general picture of the state of the market. The responses may be used anonymously in editorial, but will not be attributed to respondents, and the information will not be used for any commercial purpose. When completing the survey, respondents are requested to take into consideration the trends over the past 12 months in comparison with the preceding 12 months.
