The Higher Education Council Renews Contract of TAGSB to 2026

AMMAN - Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Graduate School of Business (TAGSB), one of the main faculties of the German-Jordanian University (GJU) announced the renewal of the agreement signed with the GJU for another 10 years until 2026. The University’s Board of Trustees and the Higher Education Council adopted the recommendation of the GJU’s Presidency in this regard.

Dean of TAGSB HE Dr. Hisham Gharaibeh stated that since TAGSB was founded in January 2006 it has achieved an advanced academic level, and it earned reputation for excellence and prestigious status among academic communities, and was granted the European accreditation by the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA).

Gharaibeh noted that TAGSB was awarded the "Best Educational Institute in Administration Award" by the World Education Congress Asia Awards. It was also ranked among the top 10 colleges that grant master degrees in the Arab world according to Forbes Magazine – Middle East.

Dr. Gharaibeh said that TAGSB intends to request accreditation to offer additional programs to students, including the Doctoral Program in Business Administration, Master Program in Marketing, and Master Program in Logistic Science, in addition to the programs TAGSB currently offers, which are Masters Programs in Business Administration.

Dr. Gharaibeh said that due to growing number of students demanding to join TAGSB, it has been decided to allocate the entire building in Makkah Street to the College, adding that the owner of the building Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) has contracted with a company specialized in energy techniques to provide the building with solar energy.

On the other hand, TAGSB Financial and Administrative Manager Dr. Majdi Zureikat said the College is preparing for the graduation ceremony of the sixth Masters graduates which will take place next August, saying that four hundred students have graduated from TAGSB, underlining the high level which enabled them to get jobs in high reputable institutions and sectors and to sign their contracts even before their graduation.
