ENZO Biochem Reaches $9 Million Patent Infringement Settlement with Agilent Technologies

NEW YORK, NY - Enzo Biochem Inc. announced in a press release that it has reached and finalized a settlement with Agilent Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: A) involving payment of $9 million to Enzo in an infringement action brought by Enzo regarding its U.S. Patent No. 7,064,197.
 
Today’s settlement resolving the disputes between Enzo and Agilent impacts only one of 11 cases originally brought by Enzo in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware alleging patent infringements against various companies, eight of which remain pending.
